Last updated:

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Vamberic Studio Ltd under the Henry Vincent Moss (HVM) name. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vamberic Studio Ltd, and “you” refers to the person using the website.

These terms explain the permitted use of this website. Please read them before using it. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website. You may save or print a copy for your records.

For questions about the website or these terms, email henry@h-v-m.agency.

2. Website information and our services

The website describes our agency services and provides general information and editorial perspectives on marketing. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your business or circumstances. We take reasonable care with the content, but cannot promise that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

Examples and descriptions of possible outcomes are illustrative. They are not guarantees of leads, customers, sales, revenue or any other commercial result.

Visiting the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement, subscription or obligation to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an enquiry, not acceptance of an instruction or appointment.

Client engagements are governed by a separate agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities, approvals, ownership, data handling and termination. These website terms do not replace or change that agreement. The separate HVM Platform is subject to its own applicable terms.

3. Access and availability

Access to this website is provided free of charge. We may update, maintain, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website will always be free from errors.

You are responsible for arranging your internet access and using suitable browser and device security. We take reasonable steps to protect the website, but cannot guarantee that any internet service will be entirely free from harmful code.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, disrupt availability or bypass security measures.
  • Use the enquiry form to send spam, unlawful material, threats or deliberately misleading information.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation, or infringe another person’s rights.
  • Use automated requests in a way that overloads the website or circumvents access restrictions.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk or a material breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s content, design, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Vamberic Studio Ltd. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may read, download and print reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business evaluation, provided you retain attribution and any copyright notices and do not misrepresent the material.

Except where permitted by law or with our written permission, you must not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website or use our branding to suggest an association or endorsement. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property. Rights in client deliverables are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.

6. Information you send us

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material through an initial enquiry unless it is necessary and appropriate.

You retain ownership of material you provide. We may use it to understand and respond to your enquiry and, where separately agreed, to provide our services. Submitting an enquiry does not grant us a general right to publish your material.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our cookie policy explains cookies and browser storage. Cookie settings let you manage optional tracking and analytics. Dismissing the notice does not purchase a service or grant consent.

7. Links to and from this website

You may link to publicly available pages in a fair and lawful way that does not misrepresent your relationship with HVM or suggest our endorsement without permission.

External links are provided for convenience or reference. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy information apply when you use them.

8. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

Subject to those protections and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of this free informational website, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities or expected savings.

We remain responsible for losses for which we are legally liable. These terms do not impose a financial cap on that liability or alter the responsibilities agreed for paid services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these website terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published here with a revised date. Changes apply to future use and do not retrospectively alter an existing client agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.

If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights you have, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.

If you use the website as a consumer, nothing in these terms deprives you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.

If a concern arises, please contact henry@h-v-m.agency so we can try to resolve it.
