Your choice
Optional visitor tracking and analytics are off until you select Accept optional. Reject optional keeps them off. Dismiss without changing closes the notice without granting consent or changing an existing choice. You can browse the website, use chat and send an enquiry without accepting optional analytics.
Use Cookie settings in the footer or below to review or change your choice. Reopening settings does not itself change consent. Rejecting after acceptance stops further Vamberic tracking and removes its stored tracking session. The page reloads to stop the previously loaded Ahrefs analytics script. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place before you withdrew consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar rules apply to technologies such as session storage. This website uses session storage for your choice and, if you accept, for a Vamberic tracking session. Session storage is normally cleared when the tab closes, although browsers that restore sessions may restore it too.
Storage used by this website
The previous notice-dismissal preference is removed when the updated notice loads. Dismissing the old notice is not treated as consent. If browser storage is blocked, your choice still applies on the current page, but you may be asked again after navigation or a reload.
Vamberic visitor tracking
The tracker loads from api.vamberic.com with tracking disabled. Loading the script involves the technical request needed to deliver it, but it does not send visitor-tracking events or store a tracking session until you accept.
After acceptance, it sends page paths, page-view and engagement events, event identifiers and a session identifier to the Vamberic tracking service. Engagement events indicate interaction with the page; they do not contain the text you type. A tracking reference in a link may also be sent to connect that visit with its originating interaction. Technical request information, such as your IP address, is also available to the receiving service.
If you start a chat or submit an enquiry while tracking is accepted, the widget can pass the tracking session to the interaction service to connect it with your browsing context. Rejecting optional analytics prevents new tracking-session linkage. Information already associated with an existing conversation is not automatically deleted when you withdraw consent.
Ahrefs analytics
After you accept, we also load our existing Ahrefs website analytics script from analytics.ahrefs.com to help understand website visits and usage. The script and analytics requests are handled by Ahrefs. We do not load that script before acceptance, and rejecting after acceptance reloads the page without it.
The chat assistant and enquiries
The Vamberic chat widget and embedded contact form operate separately from optional analytics. It requests configuration, checks availability and sends messages or enquiry details that you choose to submit. The widget keeps its conversation session in page memory. Rejecting analytics does not block these requests needed to provide chat and process your enquiry.
The contact form sends your answers through the Vamberic interaction service. It is available whether you accept or reject optional analytics. See our privacy policy for purposes, lawful bases and your data rights.
Managing storage and contacting us
You can clear or restrict stored website data through your browser settings. Clearing the consent preference means the site will ask again on your next visit. Use Cookie settings and Reject optional to stop analytics already running on the current page.
